In the lead up to Wear It Purple Day on 31 August, UNSW Queer Officers Roisin McGee and Reuben Challis, and Diversity Champion for LGBTIQ Inclusion, Professor Mark Willcox, share some of the simple ways staff can make LGBTIQ students feel welcome on campus. Roisin and Reuben reflect on personal experiences that have made them feel included, and Mark talks about student support options that staff should be aware of, and why he wanted to become a Diversity Champion.
