Our staff engagement survey Insight, is open from Wednesday 22 March to Sunday 16 April.
Insight, our UNSW staff engagement survey, opens tomorrow Wednesday 22 March and will close on Sunday 16 April. The survey is an opportunity for UNSW staff to share their experiences of working at UNSW. The first Insight survey invites fixed-term and continuing staff to participate and UNSW casual staff will be invited to participate in the next stage.
"At UNSW, we have a reputation for doing work that matters. Whether you contribute by making progress in your field, improving the lives of students or the wider community, we want to hear from you so that we can make changes and improve how we work together," said Michelle Steel, Acting Chief HR Officer.
"The Insight survey is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts on what is working well and where we need to improve. Your feedback will guide the actions we take so you can continue to do meaningful work and achieve your career goals."
UNSW has partnered with Culture Amp to host the engagement survey. Culture Amp will securely and confidentially store the responses. Your feedback will be aggregated and shared with leaders to provide guidance around action.
Tomorrow, on Wednesday 22 March, fixed-term and continuing staff will receive an email from ‘UNSW via Culture Amp’. It will contain a log in code which is unique to each staff member and allows Culture Amp to authenticate staff credentials.
