Submit an EOI to host a tour for GERRIC program participants in January.

UNSW’s GERRIC program for gifted primary and high school students is seeking expressions of interest from labs across the University to host tours for summer school holiday program participants.

The GERRIC program is offered to gifted and talented students in Years 3–10 at Australian primary, middle or secondary schools. GERRIC has a strong record of students deciding to attend UNSW based on their experience in the program.

The program introduced lab tours in 2024, with more than 200 students and 40 parents taking part in a tour. Now, program participants and their families have asked for additional tours to see more of the campus.

When will the tours take place?

Tours will take place during the January student programs, which will run from Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 January and Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 January.

What is the time commitment?

Tours are typically 20–30 minutes.

How can your faculty get involved?

Submit an EOI by Sunday 10 November 2024 to run a tour in January.
