Bookmark this one-stop-shop to leverage the power of social media at UNSW.
Do you manage a branded social media community, use your personal social accounts to support your work, or have a great idea for content you’d like to suggest for sharing on UNSW communities? The new Social Media Resources SharePoint site provides guidance, processes and information on all things social.
More than 30 individual strategies, processes and resources were refreshed and renewed, culminating in the launch of the new site. This empowers staff across the University with both self-serve resources and processes to engage with the Social Media team.
“The passion and enthusiasm for social media right across UNSW is inspiring to see,” says Jack Breen, Social Media Manager.
“We're really pleased to make this resource available to our colleagues to help make it easier to understand UNSW policy around social media and, importantly, best practice tips to give your content the best chance for success."
