The Culture and Development team in Human Resources is planning the 2025 Power Skills modules and wants your input.
Power Skills is a development program for continuing and fixed-term staff who are not people leaders. The program is for staff who want to enhance their abilities, strengthen work relationships and contribute to UNSW’s culture and community.
We have selected proposed module topics for 2025 based on anonymous AI analysis of myCareer development goals and the most popular searches in Copilot. Now we want to hear from you. Your feedback is crucial in ensuring the program reflects the topics that matter most to you and your growth.
We’ve created a quick one-minute survey where you can select your top areas of interest and suggest any additional topics you’d like to see offered. By sharing your preferences, you’ll help us tailor the program to support your development journey and set you up for success.
