Build your professional skills in 2024 with Learn to Lead

UNSW’s flagship alumni training program is now available to all staff.

We heard in our 2023 Insight Survey that it's our people who drive the success of UNSW and leaders play an important role in supporting them. We want to enable and empower the current and next generation of leaders with the skills they need to succeed.

Learn to Lead — the learning opportunity for alumni, is now available to all UNSW staff. Designed in partnership with AGSM and UNSW Alumni Experience, this free, self-paced, online course aims to develop and improve leadership skills through manageable modules.

Led by UNSW academics and alumni who are experts in their fields, this year's program focuses on resilience as the cornerstone for navigating uncertainty. Participants will explore resilience from multiple perspectives, including emotional regulation, mental health, resourcefulness, Australia's economic standing, globalisation and adapting to new technologies like AI.
