From round the clock security to UNSWAlert, safety support is available on campus in many forms.
As a new academic year begins, UNSW welcomes new and returning students and staff to campus. Whether it’s your first time here or you’re back in familiar surroundings, feeling safe and supported is key to a successful year. UNSW Protective Services is here 24/7 with services to help you stay safe – day and night.
Campus security officers
In December 2024, UNSW welcomed ACESGroup as our new contracted security service provider. Visible in their orange uniforms, campus security officers patrol 24/7 to ensure a rapid response to any incidents.
