Grants will support collaborative research and the submission deadline has been extended to Thursday 11 July.
The UNSW Cities Institute proposes a better future for people by bringing together innovative thinking around people, place and culture. The Institute unites world-class research
with a real-world approach, engaging with academia, industry, government and community groups to shape policy and pioneer meaningful change in our cities.
The Institute’s Big Transitions Seed Funding aims to support collaborative UNSW research addressing urgent urban issues in the Asia Pacific region.
We are hoping to fund projects that integrate practice, policy and research, and that will foster sustainable and equitable city systems. There is a total of $120,000 available and individual grants of up to $60,000.
Contact us at UNSW Cities Institute to find out more about the eligibility requirements, selection criteria and key dates. Applications close on Thursday 11 July.
