Showcases, Change Champions and FAQs will help you get up to speed before the launch on Monday 9 September.

Phase 1 of myTimesheet is launching on Monday 9 September 2024 for casual professional employees, fixed-term, and continuing professional employees along with their supervisors. 

What does it mean for you?

  • Casual professionals: submit timesheets every fortnight using myTimesheet.
  • Fixed-term and continuing professionals: use myTimesheet to claim overtime (including TOIL), extra hours, call back, essential work, on-call allowance and meal allowances.
  • Shift workers: submit claims for all hours worked.
  • Supervisors: approve timesheet claims every fortnight using myTimesheet.

How do you find out more?

  • You can attend showcases at UNSW Sydney and UNSW Canberra in July and August 2024. Register for a showcase on the HR Hub.
  • Connect with Change Champions across faculties and divisions for support. Find them on the HR Hub.
  • Stay updated with FAQs and information on the HR Hub. Bookmark the myTimesheet page for ongoing updates.
