Find out about our new payment system for staff who are fixed-term, continuing and shift workers.

At UNSW, our people are our biggest asset. Because of this, ensuring that we are paying our people correctly is of utmost importance. We are making a number of changes to our systems and processes to provide us with pay confidence for all of our employees. This will ensure we meet our obligations under the Fair Work Act.

To support these activities, the myTimesheet system is being launched for fixed-term, continuing and shift professionals (and their supervisors) on Monday 9 September 2024.

What if you are a casual employee?

Following feedback from our staff in relation to how myTimesheet will work for casuals, the system will now go live for our casual professional and casual academic employees at a later date, yet to be confirmed. All our casual staff should use their current timesheet arrangements until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue to provide updates about when myTimesheet will go-live for our casuals.

Rescheduled showcases

Thank you to everyone who registered for the myTimesheet Showcase in late July. We received a lot of interest and we recognise that postponing the sessions was inconvenient for many of you. We have rescheduled the Showcase for fixed-term and continuing professional staff and supervisors who will begin using myTimesheet from 9 September 2024.

The new session will take place on Monday, 26 August 2024 from 12.30 – 1.15 pm.

Please register on the HR Hub.
