Have your say in the Fitness Passport survey

Complete the annual survey to suggest facilities you would like to see included in the UNSW program.

More than 1600 staff have taken up Fitness Passport memberships for themselves and their families since the program began at the end of 2023.

By completing the survey, you will go into the draw to win 1 of 10 $100 Rebel vouchers.
 
Members and non-members are encouraged to contribute – everyone’s feedback is important in further developing the program.

How to have your say:

1. Scan the QR code below or visit the survey.
2. Enter the unique UNSW program code, UNW, when prompted.
3. Complete the survey by Friday 28 June 2024.
