Take up the offer of UNSW Wellbeing’s skin cancer examinations with a doctor.
Melanoma can affect anyone, regardless of their skin complexion. Fair-skinned Australians are at a higher risk of developing skin cancers, but people with olive complexions can also develop cancers. Skin checks are highly recommended for people with all skin tones at least once a year.
The consultations, with a doctor, run for 12 minutes. Please be on time for your appointment, as the doctor may not be able to complete a full check if you run late.
Appointments are available on the Kensington campus from 9am–5pm on:
- Wednesday 19 February – Quadrangle Building, Room G033
- Tuesday 25 February – AGSM Building, Room LG07
- Wednesday 26 February – AGSM Building, Room LG07
Registration is essential as there are limited appointments.
